Introduction

This manual has been prepared as a guide to the Information NetworkService, the interlibrary loan system of the Long Island LibraryResources Council (LILRC).

The manual contains a description of how the location and deliveryservice works and the policy on which it is based, as well asstandards to which it is expected participating libraries will adhere.
